CHALLENGE:
The challenge was to offer a multi-purpose product capable of managing cleaning, regenerating filtering elements, controlling water, electricity and product consumption, and storing data securely.
The machine has been designed to be completely autonomous, easy to use and quickly amortized. It has a traceability of all the operations carried out and a secured communication.
WASHING PROCEDURE:
- The operator connects the machine to the different energies available. He also connects the different pipes of the process: supply to the equipment to be cleaned, return from the equipment, drains.
- Electrical reset and self-checking of the machine.
- Selection of a program dedicated to the equipment.
- Start-up.
- From this stage on, the machine manages the different cycles autonomously and automatically.
