The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law dated 21 June 2014 concerning Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 06 August 2004 as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR No. 2016-679).

5.1 PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

For the personal data collected during user browsing on the website, the Data Controller is: PEMFLOW www.pemflow.com, represented by Maxime DONNAT and Loïc VANSTEENKESTE, its legal representatives.

As the controller of the data it collects, www.pemflow.com undertakes to observe the framework of the legal provisions in force. In particular, it must establish the purposes of its data processing, provide its prospects and customers with full information on the processing of their personal data, starting with the collection of their consent, and maintain a register of processing operations that is accurate. As soon as www.pemflow.com becomes aware of the death of a User, and in the absence of instructions from the User, www.pemflow.com undertakes to destroy the data, unless it turns out to be necessary to keep the data for evidentiary purposes or to fulfil a legal obligation.

www.pemflow.com undertakes to apply all necessary precautions to protect data security, and in particular to ensure that data is not disclosed to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of Customer data is brought to the attention of www.pemflow.com, the company must inform the Customer without delay, stating the remedial measures applied. Moreover, www.pemflow.com does not collect any “sensitive data”.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of www.pemflow.com and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively to fulfil the purposes of this policy.

To the extent of their respective functions and for the purposes stated above, the main persons likely to have access to www.pemflow.com Users’ data are our customer service agents.
