Our workshop

Fauchier is based in Pugnac, Gironde. Our team designs, develops, manufactures, commissions and maintains tailor-made solutions adapted to the filtration and automated cleaning needs of wine and food-processing sites.

Our markets

The wine market evolves according to the demand of consumers and distributors and must respect the IFS and BRC audits. Consumers appreciate clear and brilliant wines, for which a filtration phase is necessary.

All food liquids, water, fruit juice, soda also require a filtration operation. A regular cleaning of the machines is necessary to respect the standards of hygiene. For this purpose, FAUCHIER has designed the mobile CIP which can move as close as possible to your devices and carry out the cleaning in place.
